Thanksgiving's Over

Thanksgiving is over. Enjoyed seeing my family in Abilene. I can't believe tomorrow is December already. So much to do over the holidays. I'm singing in a Christmas concert next Sunday at St. David's, 4pm. Only 3 weeks left in school. Will be sending out cards and buying gifts for the kids soon, and oh I'll have to string lights up on the house. THis is always a whirlwind time of year. I want to keep as much serenity as I can.

Helotes Fire

When is this Helotes fire going to be put out? It seems like it's been burning for months. My nose and throat won't stop hurting. I even smell this stuff when I open my front door. It's like someone set a BBQ grill up a foot from my front door.
I hope the rains today will start putting it out. Yeah right..
